These booking terms apply to all private tours and day trips organised by Favorites Morocco Tours, based in Marrakech, Morocco. By confirming a booking, you accept these terms. If anything is unclear, write to us before you book.
1. How to book
Send us your dates, number of travellers and the tour you like through our contact form, WhatsApp or email. We reply with a personalised itinerary and a price. Your booking is confirmed once we receive your deposit and send you a written confirmation.
2. Prices
Prices are quoted per person or per group, in the currency shown in your quote. Each tour page lists what is included and excluded. A quote stays valid for 14 days unless we say otherwise.
3. Deposit and payment
- A deposit of 20% of the total price confirms your booking.
- The remaining 80% is paid in Morocco, at the start of your tour.
- We confirm the accepted payment methods for the deposit and the balance in your booking confirmation.
4. Cancellation by you
- Free cancellation up to 30 days before the start date: we refund your full deposit.
- Less than 30 days before the start date, or no-show: the deposit is not refundable.
- You never pay the remaining balance for a tour you cancel.
Please send any cancellation in writing (email or WhatsApp). The date we receive it counts.
5. Changes to your booking
You can ask to change dates, the route or the number of travellers. We always try to help, subject to availability. If the change affects the cost, we send you an updated price.
6. Cancellation or changes by us
If we must cancel your tour, you choose between new dates or a full refund of everything you paid. We may adjust an itinerary for safety, weather, road conditions or events outside our control. In that case we replace the activity with one of similar value.
7. Passports, visas and health
Each traveller must carry a valid passport and meet Morocco’s entry rules. Please check visa and health requirements before you travel. Tell us about any medical condition, mobility need or diet when you book, so we can plan for it.
8. Travel insurance
We strongly recommend travel insurance that covers cancellation, medical costs and repatriation.
9. Responsibility
We work with licensed drivers, guides, hotels and desert camps. We are not liable for loss, injury or delays caused by events outside our control, such as strikes, extreme weather, natural disasters or government decisions. Please take care of your personal belongings during the trip.
10. Complaints
If something goes wrong during your tour, tell your driver or contact us straight away, so we can fix it on the spot. You can also write to us after your trip.
